Recruitment, qualification, training, and certification of all field resources (both internal and third party) – this client-specific program is very detailed and critical toward ensuring the quality of the field service individuals interfacing with local pharmacy management – Rollout planning and scheduling support – our Team develops the most logical and geographically efficient schedule within the constraints provided by the client
Project Management
Develop and manage shadow-training for all field resources – Daily real-time reporting of all site activities and performance via EngageG2 and client specified systems – Daily conference call reports on prior nights performance, issues, and actions – Weekly conference call reports to re-cap weekly performance, issues, and actions – Evening escalations and issue resolution with project members
Delivery
Access logistics including pharmacy-specific schedule notification processes – Installation and certification of structured cabling to support connectivity of the newly installed system. – Installation and testing of the client provided RFID network equipment – WAN connectivity validation – Digital photographic record of back-office connectivity and all installed equipment – Escalation and revisits to troubleshoot and repair post installation issues – State-specific customized billing
