DataStarUSA’s North American Operation is split up into three regions; South & Southeast Region, North Central & Northeast Region, and the Western Region. Each region is supported by an Operations Manager and Engineering Support for cabling system, wireless, and physical security system design. Field resources and Administrative Support personnel are concentrated in locations where our largest accounts reside. A network of trained and certified third party resources is utilized to support geographies where W2 employees are not required and to meet on-site response SLA’s in place with large multi-site clients.

Each region is also supported by Business Development resources comprised of Regional Sales Leadership, Account Executives, and Global Account Managers. Global Account Managers work across regional territories in cooperation with Regional Account Executives to bring continuity of support to larger geographically diverse accounts.
