Banking Center Refresh Program

Project Summary
Replace all Cisco routing and switching hardware (end of life) at approximately 7000 bank branches across the US. Work performed after hours, and failure (a Bank that cannot open due to a network outage) is not accepted.
Services Provided
Recruitment, qualification, training, and certification of all field resources (both internal and third party) – this bank-specific program is very detailed and critical toward the quality of the field service individuals interfacing with local bank management – Rollout planning and scheduling support – our Team develops the most logical and geographically efficient schedule within the constraints provided by the client
Project Management
Develop and manage shadow-training for all field resources – Daily real-time reporting of all site activities and performance via EngageG2 – Daily conference call reports on prior nights performance, issues, and actions – Weekly conference call reports to re-cap weekly performance, issues, and actions – Evening escalations and issue resolution with project members
Delivery
Customer owned equipment staging and last mile logistics – Since banking centers will not accept delivery of these high-value goods, it is our responsibility to ensure that this site-specific equipment arrives in the hands of field engineers – Customer owned equipment spare management – Manage, report, and maintain an optimum amount of spare equipment to deal with any potential risk scenario – Access logistics including branch-specific key retrieval and return processes – Coordination with bank personnel to take the bank branch DOWN, label patch cords, swap VOIP card with new Cisco router, install new Cisco router and replace all Cisco switches – Test, turn-up and certification with bank technical control center – Return logistics of customer owned equipment – Escalation and revisits to troubleshoot and repair post installation issues – State-specific customized billing and collection
