Project Summary
Support the cabling and connectivity requirements needed to upgrade/replace bisync ATM machines with Ethernet ATM machines at 1200 US convenience stores.
Services Provided
Recruitment, qualification, training, and certification of all field resources (both internal and third party) – this client-specific program is very detailed and critical toward the quality of the field service individuals interfacing with local convenience store management – Rollout planning and scheduling support – development of the most logical and geographically efficient schedule within the constraints provided by the client Project Management
Daily real-time reporting of all site activities and performance via EngageG2 and external client systems – Weekly conference call reports to re-cap weekly performance, issues, and actions – Evening escalations and issue resolution with project members – Daily project performance reporting according to client specific requirements
Delivery
Access logistics including store-specific schedule notification processes – Installation and certification of structured cabling to support connectivity of the newly upgraded/installed ATM machines. – Connectivity to specific back office switch port assignment – Digital photographic record of back-office connectivity and ATM connectivity – Escalation and revisits to troubleshoot and repair post installation issues – State-specific customized billing
