Over the past 10 years, DataStarUSA has cultivated a diverse and extensive field service network covering the North American continent to handle the on-site needs of our Technology Deployment and Maintenance Programs. This field service network leverages Engage/G2's features to smoothly integrate technicians over a wide range of technologies and engagement types into a consistent, comprehensive field service force that is focused on each customer program.

Each technician in the network is quality rated upon the completion each job. All quality data and issues are tracked in the Engage/G2 program management portal enabling DataStarUSA to identify exemplary technicians and weed out those that do not deliver to DataStarUSA's quality expectations.
